Sticky notification on android 7 Samsung S7

I have a sticky FSecure notification on my Samsung S7 Android 7 phone. No way to get rid of it.

I don't even know what the app is trying to tell me. Expanding the notification gives no clue what the alarm is about. On F-Secure settings I a see an exclamation mark where I am suggested to switch to Safe Browsing. Could this be the reason?

How do I get rid of it?

    Does it possible that your experience is about something like this?

    I'm also with ?! maybe such experience under Android 8.1 device (where ?! notification with unclear reason and with potential ability to disable it as 'ultralight'-type of notifications for my installed F-Secure solution; but it is unknown impact of such action).
