Renewing the order is way too painfull!

Hi,

 

I just wanted to let you know, how could this renewal be this painful? I have to check in with all my devices, send links, check in, click stuff etc.. why can't i just press "renew" button on my pc and that does the job? Jeesus.

    In the end yes. Started the program, then login from there, program opened browser, had to download the same program again, install, boot, login. Then it worked. Could be simplier way..
