Failed reconnection issue

In the last few days, when my connection has been dropping and failing to reconnect to every site I try, typically, I have to reboot to be able to reconnect. On occasion, if I leave it trying to reconnect to the site it disconnected from long enough, it will reconnect. Alternately, off/on and quitting the app, reopening & trying to connect  does not work,  it has to be a reboot. Post-reboot, I can connect to any site and this will be stable for a while, some times only half an hour, longer other times. But, the disconnection/failed re-connection happens. Are there issues that you are aware of that are consistent with this description?
