F-Secure Freedome Error

I have issues since many weeks. The Freedome starts and then it terminates with the error message " Cannot be configurated. Please start again".

I have reloaded and deleted fsecure many times but every time if I start installation it says "succsessfull" but it terminates directly with this message. 

I have MacOS Siera 10.13.3 on IMAC

 

What can I do. I have purchased it for many month but it is not working.
