Can’t activate my purchase

in F-Secure FREEDOME

I just bought a subscription for one year. Activated it using my code but then I searched for updates. As the program rebooted it logged me out. Trying to log in again says I don’t have a subscription. 

 

Tried using the the code on website but it says it can’t find it.

    May I know if you purchased Freedome or TOTAL?

     

    On which OS are you trying to activate Freedome?
