How F-secure selects suspicious sites?

SAFE has been in this computer over 2 months and it has never warned about poloniex.com.

Until today.

How SAFE selects the safe sites?

(tested with nordea.com : SAFE showed the notice "Bank operations ..."

I have never heard about this poloniex.com,
so I did Google search > bitcoin, cryptocurrency etc...
