--> If it not possible to find (retrieve) any resources/documents where 'subscription key' was printed/listed (mail-letter; box; card or something else):

 

most likely useful to contact direct F-Secure Support channel (if subscription's provider is F-Secure directly) and explain situation with all available 'related information to your subscription/purchase':

I able to think that they with abilities to re-trigger 'activation letter' to your mail (if registered) or some other sort-steps.
