Just as unofficial addition:

 

--> as potential 'direct' URL (for chat):

--> right-bottom corner should be with pop-up "Chat-window"; If such option is not visible -> maybe something block scripts (or something else) under browser;

 

--> usually it available at noted time (but 'home_global', at least, can be available with unexpected 'local' hours);

With other meanings -> when chat is active: it should be possible to meet 'Support agents' (even not with first try);
