And do provide all available information to them;
As another unofficial suggestions:
Do you talk about F-Secure Freedome? If yes: does your experience based on "App Store subscription" or "Multiplatform subscription"?
- If first setting: probably required only to use your Apple/Google (mobile) account under device for proper installation Freedome;
- If second setting: maybe possible to re-check your mail-letters about certain purchase-data or so (where should be listed your activation/subscription key);
If your experience about F-Secure Total (SAFE+Freedome) -> possible to login under My F-Secure Account portal and got installer;
