SMTP error
Hello,
I can't send email with protection on (it's ok without protection).
I'm not using my ISP's smtp. I tried smtp port 465 and 965 with no succes.
I'm getting the message 550.5.5.0 service refused (Outlook client)
Is there somebody who can help me ?

- there is an option in Freedome > setup > apps passing by VPN > Outlook, if you trust in

Please have a look at this article to know more about how to send emails with Freedome on. Taking an excerpt from the article, 'If the port change was not enough to get email working, please consult your ISP's documentation or support pages for instructions on what settings you need to change on your device. As this is a ISP specific configuration change, we are unable to give detailed instructions that apply to all our users.'
Hi @Näsäviisas,
The article mentioned in your first reply, belongs to a different Business product of F-Secure called IGK and that would not be applicable for Freedome.
