I purchased a freedom product two days ago and I want a refund because it does not work on the site I want. My reference number is " XXXXXXXXX ". Please give me a refund.

Of course, if your reference number not about "ticket" already.

 

With another meanings:

 

--> can be useful to know site (where Freedome not work as expected; but site/service allow VPN under their terms); Maybe Freedome Team able to improve something.

 

--> I able to think that "such" refund actions can be handled by direct Support Channels only (or possible to do redirect from this board by F-Secure Community Managers too); But if there is stuck with this process... it can be useful to note it under community;
