Sorry for my reply. I'm also only F-Secure user -> so I do not able to unblock this URL; But I able to place some potential workarounds/suggestions:

 

--> You able to use F-Secure SAS:

Possible to check option ''I want to give more details about this sample and to be notified of the analysis results'';

And choose related categories for reporting "false positive" harmful-rating for safe website; Then you able to receive "feedback" from F-Secure Labs about re-rate actions (or explanations for current rating);

--> You able to use "Allow website"-button; And it will be possible to use website under your own device;

URL will be 'allowed' under "List of allowed/denied websites"-feature; Valid for Windows platform.
