This Code is not valid for this device - Error message - How do I fix this?

I have a 3 device subscription and just bought a new computer. I have Freedome installed on my old computer. I can't install it on the new one. It says the code is not valid. I only have it installed on 1 device currently, my old computer. Please help me install. Thanks!

You able to ask them about your subscription and "why this code is not valid for certain device";
