i have purchased f-secure freedome though f-secure its self. I have recived an email with all the documents and the 'code' but the code isnt being acsepted by any of the devices i want it on.
If you tried to re-check that the "code" typed good; And even there can be useful to know "what kind of Freedome notification there" (like 'not valid', 'not for this device', or 'not able to validate it') - I think that most helpful step is:
Directly contact F-Secure Support Channels: chat or phone;
Since they able to re-check your "subscription/code"-status and properly advice about situation.
