Cannot login on another device
My subscription for F-secure Freedome just expired after a year. I renewed my subscription using my iPhone, but now I cannot logon on Freedome on my computer (Mac)! It says that my subscription has expired, and like I said, I just renewed my subscription using my iPhone. I didn't get at code/voucher when reneweing this time, I just got a receipt from Apple. I tried to log on in Freedome on my computer, but it won't accept my password. When I click on the "I forgot my password"-button, I don't get an email to reset the password. I've tried 10+ times.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
