Issues to connect to France

Hi Everybody,

 

since 3 days now when I tried to connect to location France it's not working.

 

all the countries are working fine except France and I really need to watch French Tv.

Do you have any solutions?

Hi Hako!

I did a test: I changed the location in Freedom to Franch and it is ok.

But then I found out that in France is DOZENS OF TV CHANNELS.
Many kind of TV channels (satelite, local etc.)
What is TV Channel, you wanted to watch?
TV5 Monde or some other?

I have a subscribtion with canal plus, and activate VPN with French location to watch

I cannot test this Canal+ channel here,
because I ought to buy a new Tv-cannel in Play Store and I don't speak French, so it is useless. I found out, that Canal+ is French payTVchannel.

Is this connection problem new?
Is it worked earlier fine?
It could be a temporary interruption on lines. Long distances. Too much trafic.

Any error-announcement when connecting?

Are you able to browse when using the France location and does this issue happen only when watching the TV channel?

 

If yes, could you try to turn off Tracking protection in Freedome and retry loading the page to play the video? May be this article can provide more information to you regarding this.

Hi Laksh,

 

Thanks for reply. It has been working fine during 2 years since a week it shows

 "could not connect to the server" 

I change DNS to google ones still not working but only for France other locations are fine.
