I only have 2 laptops covered so should have 3 left been told by you how to retrieved the other 3 but can't do it

    Firstly, this is a public forum which anyone can view, so please remove your personal information, for your own privacy and security.  

     

    With regards the licenses, you can't "retrieve" licenses which haven't been used, so I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to do.  Please clarify, then we may be able to help.  :)
