Incorrect Notification of expiration



I see that this post had closed,  but this just now happened to me.  A pop- up on the screen indicated the account will expire NOW, but,  in fact,  there are 4 more months until expiration.  I called the customer service line,  and that showed no problem with the account.   I had checked the status of my account and it did show this incorrect date,  but minutes later showed the correct date.  I am now running a full virus scan. What's up??

    You can check the status of your SAFE subscription as mentioned in this article. Do you still see the notification in your screen? What's the status in your SAFE account now and in the SAFE installed on your computer?
