Freedome on iPhone with Virgin Media WiFi profile

Virgin Media in the UK allow their customers to connect automatically to WiFi hotspots across the country for free. However, they have to install a Virgin Media profile onto their iPhones. How will this effect Freedome? Will the profile allow extra tracking that bypasses Freedome?

    Hi Philip_camb,

     

    Our product team has not tested that, but it looks like a simple connect-to-Wi-Fi profile which shouldn’t affect Freedome in any way. We’d need to know what kind of profile it is before we can say what it does and how it does it.
