Cookie Tracking

With Freedome running can web sites that I go to still read either my regular or flash cookies? I still have many 1st party cookies stored within my browser from before I installed Freedome. Just wondering if they still be read by sites I go to with Freedome on? Maybe this is a novice question but I still would appreciate an answer if you can.

We prevent access to those tracking domains, so this case is protected as well. However, it should be noted that not all the cookies are used for tracking purposes.
