critical error on windows 10, uninstalled fsecure

windows 10, has got a critical error so I can't acess start, the last thing i've done under their advice is to uninstall fsecure, now I can't tell if I've got any protection on my computer as I have no clue as to how I can go forward, how do I reinstall it?

Sorry for my reply.

 

Do you mean that your Windows 10 already work? And you able to install any software?

 

If yes - for installing (reinstall) F-Secure SAFE solution - you have to login to MY F-Secure Account and check situation (if there your device still marked as "protected/installed" - you able to remove it there and trigger fresh installation-process by downloading installer);

 

If F-Secure Internet Security --> you able to check next URL:

https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/downloads

 

Where you able to download certain installer directly.

There available installer for F-Secure SAFE too, but you will be prompted at installation about login to your SAFE-account (so will be small difference).
