How well will Total work on my Blackberry Passport BBOS10 Phone.


I have a number of different devices, Blackberry Passport OS BB10,  and Windows 10 laptop.



I came here hoping company official will respond, should I use another means of contact?

    I not friendly with Blackberry OS (how I can to understand it can be compatible with Android applications/services), but most likely this platform officially not supported by F-Secure Freedome VPN.


    F-Secure Total is "bundle" of solutions: F-Secure SAFE (as F-Secure Internet Security or Mobile Security for dekstops/mobile platforms) and F-Secure Freedome VPN.

    As one subscription with ability to install F-Secure SAFE and F-Secure Freedome  with each supported platform/device.


    There "requirements" for F-Secure Freedome:


    If there is possible to use your Blackberry device with compatible mode about Android Applications/Google Market - maybe you able to try use F-Secure Freedome VPN as trial-time. If it will be possible under this platform.




    Also some of features can be with difference about desktops and mobile platforms (and can be difference between certain platforms too);

    Such as if we talk about F-Secure security solutions "SAFE/IS": mobile platforms can be with specific  features or with limitation (based on platform-design);

    If we talk about F-Secure Freedome VPN - most likely it can be practically about one design and features, but can be small difference with improve specific points for each platform.

     And if it will be not work - most likely there should be response from F-Secure Team - if they planned to add kind of "support" for BlackBerry OS (as example).

    Except "official requirements for F-Secure Total or for F-Secure Freedome VPN" under the F-Secure website: yes, there you also able to get official response from F-Secure Team (but it can take some time; if so - maybe you just able to "re-up" topic time to time).


    Or you able try to use official direct Support Channels like:

    Not sure about useful/powerful status of this channels and "if it work during weekend".
