Problem with F-Secure Internet security

My client have a problem with install F-Secure Internet Security. When he try to install, the program ask him for a licence key. After paste licence key, the installer have a problem with connection with F-Secure Activation server. I have fsdiag, i can send it to you.

Some thoughts:

 

Which version of Windows is your client using?  F-secure will not install on Windows XP.

 

Is the correct product being licenced?  For example, a key for F-Secure SAFE cannot be used for F-Secure Internet Security.

 

Has your client tried typing in the key, rather than pasting?

 

If none of the above apply, then I suggest contacting Support so they can check the purchase details and look into the cause of the problem.

I'm sorry to hear your are having problems installing Internet Security.

 

In addition to the suggestions from @Simon I can add, that running our Uninstallation Tool can sometimes help as well, if there is some files from a potential old installation, that might be left on the computer.
