Neither Credit Card Payments or PayPal Redirect Payments Working

My friend and I tried to sign up today - me via credit card, my friend PayPal. We both got the "manual review", then we were told an hour later our payments were declined and to try another method. I chose paypal and was again told "manual review needed" (no redirect to PayPal). In short, no one is able to sign up now. I sent an error report email to the payment processing group -my friend is planning on canceling.

Freedome VPN. Buying it via my Desktop PC. We finally managed to get a notification to use Paypal. My fried decided to cancel; we went ahead.
