Location of ISP Address

in F-Secure VPN
Can I select which country in which it would appear the VPN ISP is originating from? For example, if it was apparent I was using a VPN with a France ISP address then I could access certain sites I could not access if I was using a USA IP address. Or would that information be completely invisible?

Could you please explain your scenario further? As mentioned in this article, those are the virtual locations available in Freedome.
