Facebook and Instagram hacked from IP pointing to f-secure.com (159.8.170.25)

Yesterday and today I have been dealing with getting a hacker out of my girlfriends Facebook and Instagram. He has been posting some ISIS propaganda on Facebook. Now I come here becasuse when I look up the IP he used as an alias he used 159.8.170.25 which pointed to f-secure.com. I did what I can to lock them out but this seem to be an issue further than just me.

Can anyone explain how after I get hacked I find myself at a cyber security website?
