Apps updates/download impossible when using Freedome on IOS 10.3

It is impossible to update/download applications with IOS 10.3 using Freedome while there is no problem without VPN or using other VPNs.

Have you tried to change a location and see if that helps?

Is it really so that updates and downloads works without Freedome as it`s known there are occassionally similar issues in AppStore itself?
