Canceling Freedome Subscription
For some reason the computers using my Freedome subscription are not counted correctly. I have three (3) devices, so I purchased 3 devices subscription for $50. Because of the annoyance of asking to tranfer subscription (no idea why - I have only 3 devices) I purchase the 5 devices subscription for $60 . How can I cancel my previous subscription and can I expect the money return - $50? All events are happening in 2 weeks of the initial subscribing. Thanks.
