Hello, I have the same issue in that I can't find the subscription code/account ID. I have checked all the details in my confirmation email and on my invoice and neither appear to include this information. I bought a 5-License/2-year subscription to "Total security and privacy". Please advise where I can find this information?

If you have purchased Total Security and would like to activate Freedome, please follow the steps as mentioned in this article. To activate Freedome via Total, you have to login to Total account and get the license from there. There is no activation ID for Freedome if you have purchased Total.
