F-secure safe order renewal

I had F-secure SAFE license for one PC for one year The license expired 15.2.2017. On Sunday 12.2.2017 I renewed my license on my Secure page and received a mail, where it is said that the license will be automatically renewed on 15.02.2017. There is an announcement on my secure page that the payment has not yet been confirmed. On cleverbridge page there is only my old order from 16.2.2016, which is now expired. My credit card link is OK on Cleverbridge page. I do not know, how to manage now. On my PC- screen I can see that the SAFE- protection has been extended up to 18.3.2017 instead of one year.

Do you see the same date 18.3.2017 in your SAFE account as well, when you login? If yes, I would recommend to contact our support team via chat or phone so that they can look into your account details and advise you further.
