Initialization failed

Useing the freedom apart on my Samsung s6 I am getting this error. 

 

On my Samsung tab the VPN is working OK. 

Tried deleting and reinstall the app but error is still the same. 

 

How can we troubleshoot this?

Could you please provide us a screenshot of the error message in order to troubleshoot further? Does it happen with all the locations or only with a particular location?

It looks like you are not using our standard Freedome from Google playstore. 

Could you tell us where did you download Freedome from?

It is from google playstore just the (CloSe) version. Also send an email to them no reply yet.
