i recently purchased a 1-year subscription for five devices, and would like to upgrade to seven. can't figure out how to do this from my account. thoughts?

May I know which account are you referring to here?

If you have purchased 5 device Freedome license, it is not possible to upgrade it to 7 device license. You may need to purchase new license for the remaining devices.
