iOS subscription renewal code problem

I just renewed my Freedome subscription at your website (not iTunes or App Store). I got the 12+1 subscription for 5 devices. I received the renewal code and entered it on all my Mac computers and Android phone. Those worked well, but how do I enter the code on the iPhone (iOS 9)? There is no place anywhere on the Freedome app to enter a renewal code.

This article explains how to activate your Freedome multi device license in iOS. However, in your case, is the current Freedome license on iOS expiring soon or is already expired? Are you currently using a multi device license on iOS?

Yes, I'm using a multi-device Freedome license on iOS, and there's only 8 days left. When the subscription runs out, should I just delete the app from iOS, reinstall it and then enter the new code I just got from F-Secure's website?

You do not have to uninstall Freedome. You can just use the code in the current installation of Freedome.
