Rejected Subscription Code
I got a code from my Comcast email to get a free FREEDOME subscription. I went to inupt the code and it denied the code saying I already used it. I have never used the code before and I don't know why it didn't work. I tried to contact the support and no one answered me. I tried two days in a row and neither time did I get a technichian to answer me. And, yes, I did make sure the timing was right.
