How to get a refund?

The chat feature doesn't work, nor does the US support phone number.  I'm trying to submit a support request but don't know how.  Can someone help me out?  I signed up through google play.

    As the Freedome purchase was done through the playstore, they are the contact point for any refund. You have to cancel the subscription in the Google play store.

  • Hello, looks like if it's beyond 48 hours, the refund request has to go through the app developer (you guys), and you guys have a 30-day guarantee policy.

    If 48 hours have passed, the developer is responsible for deciding if you are eligible for a refund. Contact the app developer directly and ask for a refund.     The "money back guarantee" applies to all the plans presented above on the product page and those are the multi-platforms subscriptions purchased from our E-store.


    As you ordered from Google playstore, you can only use your subscription on Android devices, and the 30 days money back guarantee doesn't apply to your purchase. All purchases from the app-stores follow the refund policies of the stores from which they are purchased.
