The key to My F-Secure.

I have paid for a renewal in july 2016 and still have not get the key to work. I called customer service once but that was no help. I have an iMac. where can I get in touch with someone from the company to help me? If no one can help me I want my money back and buy an anti virus programme from someone else. It seems so helpless all of this!!??
