VPN loses Internet connection on i-pad

When I switch on F-secure Freedome on my i-pad, I immediately lose my internet connection. I am in a Marriott Hotel in the USA with London UK as my virtual location. I am not having the same issue on my Windows 10 PC. Any suggestions please?

Is both the PC and the iPad in the same Wi-Fi network? Does the PC have Freedome on in the same network and does the Wi-Fi work normally?

Hi Laksh,

No solution yet. Yes PC and iPad have same wifi connection and both have Freedome, yet the moment I turn Freedome on on the iPad, it loses the wifi connection.

I have now moved to a new location and don't have the issue here. However, I am back at Marriott tomorrow and it will be interesting to see if I have the same problem there. I will follow the steps in the article, if so. Thanks

Just curious to see if you are still having the issue with iPad and Freedome, is Freedome working in your iPad in the Marriott network? Did the article help?
