PC Protection Plus not connecting the internet

I have PC Protection Plus and it was working just fine till 27/12/2016 then it stopped connecting the internet to update virus definitions. I tried to update virus definitions manually but it couldn't connect to server. I Uninstalled the program and reinstalled it as I thought it might be a crash but now it can't connect the internet to activate the product key so I have only 5 days left as a trial period to end. when I try to activate the product key manually it says " No internet connection" although I am connected to the internet via cable to the router and everything is working online just fine.

My laptop is working on Win Vista SP2

Based on the product name PC Protection Plus, did you get it from your ISP? Please get in touch with your ISP as this seems to be a customized product. Their technical support team should be able to answer your queries about the issue.
