Can we use Sparks VIscosity with F-Secure Freedom

I want to use Sparks Viscosity along with F-Secure VPN to customize the websited bound or non-bound to VPN as some of required sites does not allow VPN. Can we do that with F-Secure Freedom as I need the OpenVPN configuration for Viscosity.
