F-Secure keeps on saying "Freedome is protecting and encrypting your traffic now"

I am puzzled. While using my Mac during the day, the blue top right message " Freedome is protecting and Encrypting your traffice now"

 

This message keeps on coming up as I use my Mac. I never turn Freedome off, so why does thsi message keep coming up. Does it mean that in between messages, Freedome is NOT protecting my traffic.

 

I check the freedome icon in the dock from time to time and it always says Protection ON. I am not even downloading or connected to any site when this message comes up

 

What is happening here ?

Hi Singhji,

 

Does it happen with all the locations or only with a particular location? Have you tried connecting to a different network and does this message still come again and again?
