I cann't connect to f-secure freedome since on the 3rd of january, this was the first time  i am having such  experince with my laaptop on freedom, please i need help on how to make it to start working thanks

Is there any error message seen during the connection? Does it happen with all the locations?

Are you using the latest version of Freedome on your laptop?

yeah i recieve notifications that it cannot connect to the server, and yes am using the latest freedome vpn, and am in china

Since you mentioned you live in China, please check this article as usage of VPN apps is restricted in China.

 

However, we would like to get more information about this. Could you please try to open the below pages from your web browser? Does it work?

Could you also try to connect to Freedome’s Italian location to see if that works?
