Actication code for 5 devices 'invalid' after installing on 2

Got a new android phone yesterday and attempted to install FreeDome on it, but can't get my subscription code to work.

Could you tell us where you purchased your code from?

I purchased my code directly from F-Secure; a few days before my license was about to expire, F-Secure offered me fifteen months for the price of twelve. I have the email with the transaction "reference number" as well as the code "for 5 devices", which worked on my laptop as well as one of my tablets, but not my new phone.
