Problem detected with smart watch app

I got this cheap smart watch from a Chinese store.
I loaded the app for it from the manufacurers site not from Google play.
Recently F-S TP has been giving alerts.
Is there a problem with the app or is it just the permissions?
Are my options just to keep using it or remove it? Any other options?
