Browsing Protection + Charter Security Suite + Chrome + Mac OSX 10.11.6


This combination works perfectly with FireFox and Safari, but not Chrome. The installation appears to be succesful, but Security Suite says it is not installed or is turned off in Chrome. Also, the extension disapears from my list of extensions when I quit and restart Chrome.

    You can check this KB article for installing the BP extension for Chrome in Mac. However, if you are still having the issue, kindly get in touch with the Charter Support team to investigate this further.

    I have done all these things, including talking to the Charter support team. I think the issuse lies with Google Chrome.

    Did you ever find an answer to this?  Chrome says it is not their problem as they don't provide an extension for this antivirus program and Charter says the same thing.  NO ONE can provide any support for this and in my opinion, if Charter provides the program THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO SUPPORT ANY PROBLEMS.  But they don't and won't.  Bad customer service in my opinion.
