Short topic: There's the message in Anti-Virus that computer isn't under protection with turn on button. When I press it, nothing happens except monitor background changing in this window. How can I turn it on?

May I know what is the OS of your device? Is the AV up-to-date with all the latest virus definitions installed?

 

Could you confirm if you see the message to turn on from the AV itself or from the Windows Security center?

It's windows 7 ultimate. And yes, it's in the AV itself not in the Security Centre. Maybe I should try to reinstall the AV?
