Download of Freedome in Qatar

I have a subscription for F-Secure and Freedome for three devices. I would like to use YLE Areena while here in Doha. Is it possible to see programs on Areena here and how do I download Freedome to be able to change the IP adress to Espoo? Note, that I belong to a generation which knows little or nothing about computers.
