Unable to login to FreedomE VPN?

I'm sorry to be creating a thread, but I was worried that I'd make my problem worse if I didn't ask for help.

 

I just re-installed FreedomE VPN and I'm not sure how to login. When I open the FreedomE VPN app and I click on "Subscription" I'm unsure what to do. I only created my FreedomE account in August 2016 so I still have until August 2017 before my subscription ends.

 

Should I click on "Have a code?" and enter the subscription code I originally received in August 2016 in my email? I thought I'd be doing something wrong by re-entering this subscription code. Or should I click on "Log in" at the bottom?
