Freedom VPN not working on ANY devices

in F-Secure VPN

Freedom says it connects to a certain place but then I am blocked from content due to Geo codes for that area.  This is happening on both my computers and all of my tablets.

    Hi Wendy15,

     

    Could you please brief as to what content you are blocked from? And is there any error you see when you see the blocking? Does it happen with all the locations?
