Release freedoms license

Hi,

 

I have freedome installed and using a license on a laptop that has broken and cannot be repaired.  How can I release the license so I can use it on my iPad instead?

Hi djbeaumont,

 

We have the license transfer functionality with Freedome which can be used on Windows/Mac/Android devices at the moment. Do you have any other device apart from the ipad in which you can initiate the license transfer? If yes, please try to uninstall and reinstall Freedome in that device. Then, proceed to install Freedome in the iPad to validate the license.
