Paket-Installer

I got Freedom installed also on my adroid cell phone.

 

Now I got the warning that a paket-installer is very risky. But I'm also told that it is a part of the  android system. it's called riskware:Android/Fakeangry.6dfe5555f4!online

A uninstallation is not possible.

 

How should I go around with that problem?
